March 8th, Brussels. A group of Iranian women gathered in front of the Iranian Embassy in Brussels, on the Women's day. Support women's struggles against compulsory Hijab in Iran, it's what they ask. In all these years, women, especially young women, in various forms, voluntarily, individually and collectively, knowingly or spontaneously, have struggled in this unequal and one-sided war against compulsory Hijab and other forms of oppression and widespread violence against women.
The protest took place in front of the Iranian Embassy in Brussels.
Some of the protesters holding hijabs.
During the protest they burned hijabs in solidarity with Iranian women who are forced to wear the compulsory head covering.
